What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. There are no returns on any of the products in the shop.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping is free for all orders within Canada! You will have the option to insure your package at checkout. For international orders, a shipping fee is added at checkout and you also have the option to insure your package. All paintings (except Pocket Paintings) include insurance in the Standard Shipping option.

Please note that apparel does not qualify for insured shipping (even if the Insured shipping option is selected at checkout).

If your order contains multiple shipping options, you may receive your items in multiple orders (ie. multiple confirmation emails).

What do I need to know about ordering apparel?

Shipping is free for all apparel items! No tracking number is provided for apparel that is shipped anywhere outside of the USA. When ordering apparel outside the USA, there may be import taxes, customs, and duties you’ll be required to pay when your package is delivered. You should receive your full order within 4-8 weeks of placing it.

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are fulfilled within 1 week of purchase. Orders within Canada should be received within 2-3 weeks of purchase. Orders to all other locations should be received within 4-5 weeks of purchase. If any known delays occur, you’ll be updated via email.

How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on rivershannoncolleen.com. Once logged in you can see your order history, and your subscriptions. Click subscriptions, then click Cancel Subscription. Additionally you can view your subscription history on this page, or change your payment method.

What else do I need to know?

Please make sure that your billing/shipping addresses are correct and include your suite # (if applicable) in the address field. Example: if suite is #101, write 101- before the rest of the address.
